Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.


5. What is your return policy?

6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at care@aranyh.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order details so we can assist you promptly.


7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order if it hasn’t been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at care@aranyh.com to make changes.


8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

No! We don't offer gift-wrapping services at the moment.
